Tasks

-Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department -Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner -Reviews event function needs to ensure appropriate services and products are available -Assists in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products -Assists in resolving any issues related to event services -Sets up event space in accordance with specifications -Breaks down and stores furniture, linens, and equipment after events -Responds to feedback from guests and team members regarding space presentation and adjustments needed -Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members -Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
