Tasks

-Help to develop new quality standards in both technical application and delivery -Responsible for signing and sealing plats and drawings -Perform field layout on complex or large sites, conduct research and renew client and government records, and address more difficult site measurements -Supervise technicians and field crews to complete a variety of large-scale land surveying projects -Address complex technical issues with Project Managers and clients -Serve as the client contact for HDR -Consult on many complex projects -Coordinate with other professional surveyors and teams to execute land survey project scope and schedule -Provide technical expertise to the firm in all areas of survey services -Mentor and train a team of technicians on state survey requirements and QA/QC processes

-Registered Land Surveyor -Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the most advanced and complex survey methodologies -Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience -A minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience -Project management experience with survey projects and managing staff -Strong technical skill set, including AutoCAD and MS Office
