Tasks

-Lead and manage day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with WSP standards. -Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to align lab activities with timelines and expectations. -Champion continuous improvement in workflows, resource allocation, and quality control processes. -Oversee execution of testing programs, including sample preparation, equipment calibration, and data integrity. -Validate and review test results to guarantee accuracy and consistency for client deliverables.

Requirements

What You Bring

-More than 5 years of hands-on experience in asphalt, concrete, and geotechnical laboratory operations. -Strong knowledge of ASTM, CSA, and LS testing standards, with experience in CCIL certification processes. -Type C & B CCIL Certification considered an asset. -Proudly Canadian – born and raised in Québec, now operating in over 40 countries. -Proven leadership in technical or supervisory roles within large-scale lab environments. -Familiarity with equipment maintenance, calibration, and proficiency testing programs.
