  • Schedules daily work requirements for manufacturing work cells.
  • Performs analysis of customer ordering patterns. Determines if candidate for replenishment pull/level loaded shipments.
  • Daily contact with personnel from other departments.
  • Responsible for meeting the Production Schedule for assigned product lines.
  • Coordinate customer orders into existing plans for material procurement and production schedules. Coordinates and expedite engineering on special product requirements and problems that might arise.
  • Coordinate material obsolescence; designs phase in and phase out of components.
  • Help develop and maintain the proper atmosphere by which Enidine can implement and maintain a World Class Flexible Manufacturing System
  • Responsible for calculation and implementation of min/max or safety stock stocking process on Major accounts.
  • Run reports to review daily order input, cell production schedules.
  • Sets (Plan for Every Part )PFEP for internal inventory/production to support customer demand. Adjust as needed.
  • Proactively address causes of material shortage issues, which threaten the ability to maintain production schedules.
  • Expedite materials indirectly through interdepartmental communication.
  • Work with department Supervisors, Supply Chain and personnel to assess and discuss needed changes.
  • Assume responsibility to control customer inventory levels using data collection. Set customer inventory levels and adjust as needed.
  • Responsible for monitoring customer inventory and request purchase orders to support stocking levels.
  • Report to management periodically progress in regards to inventory status (levels and turns), and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, on the shop floor, and in the stockroom.
  • Review material requirements and order release quantities for component parts.

  • Knowledge of inventory management techniques, safety stock calculation, and demand planning.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kanban, and PFEP (Plan for Every Part).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
  • APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, materials management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments (production, supply chain, purchasing, etc.).
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other complex manufacturing industries preferred.
