Tasks

-Completes daily paperwork and involved in conducting daily toolbox talks -Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor’s high standards for safety and quality -Trains, supports and offers ongoing guidance to all crew members -Ensures overall compliance of Ledcor's health, safety, and environmental standards as well as occupational health and safety regulations daily

What You Bring

-CSTS-2020 Fundamentals, WHMIS 2015, ESC Fall Protection, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform, Ground Disturbance L2 (training provided) -Candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region -Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test -Work in all weather conditions year-round and willing to lend a hand where needed -Journeyperson Carpenter with 2-3+ years’ experience in a leadership role -Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3-year driver’s abstract -Experience working on major infrastructure and bridge projects highly desired -Ability to adapt information and communication style to the audience -Demonstrates ability to lead teams effectively in the day to day execution of the work by managing resources, materials, and labour
