Tasks

-Monthly audits of pre-liens and billing charges -Prepare legal packages for attorneys -Research homeowner ledger history to resolve various issues -Continuous follow up on items in progress until completion -Respond to requests from across the organization sent to the Delinquency email box -Prepare payment plans -Monitor and maintain association collection policies -Process checks received for delinquent accounts -Collaborate with attorneys on collections, provide ledgers, add legal fees -Monitor and update tracking worksheet for each delinquent homeowner account -Facilitate manager requests regarding delinquent accounts
