Tasks

-Constant contact with our customers to handle all issues, receiving feedback on our performance and to discuss performance improvement processes. -Ensuring compliance with company and client policies and procedures while liaising with Technical Support and provide constructive and positive support. -Auditing of the service engineers, ensure that they have stock control, tools availability and engineer utilisation. -Monitoring and manage the financial health and service profitability of the Region including Service Revenue, Margin Delivery/Maintenance. -Developing your regional team of Field Service Engineers, fostering their skills and career growth. Taking accountability for all training plans and records.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a Service Delivery/ Supervisory position – leading a technical team. -Able to build and use reports to ensure adhere to share the projected project delivery including - project timeline, budget, etc. -Able to provide Technical Support and provide constructive and positive support. -Works well under pressure and able to communicate with different stakeholders. -A broad knowledge of products ability to delegate task to team members to ensure the successful delivery of project.
