Tasks
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. -Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. -Prepare and manage budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports for contracts. -Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical contracts, ensuring all deadlines and financial targets are met. -Assist in securing new contracts by contributing to tenders, bids, and proposals. -Act as the main point of contact for client communication, resolving issues promptly. -Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and UK regulations (e.g., BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations). -Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activities. -Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. -Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. -Conduct regular quality control checks and audits to maintain high standards. -Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.

What You Bring
-Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable. -Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. -In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and UK regulations. -Relevant Qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH -Proficiency in project management tools and software. -Relevant Electrical Qualifications -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Competency in financial management and reporting. -ECS Black Card holder -Extensive experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, ideally in commercial settings. -Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
