Process resident payments, rent billing, increases, and reconcile accounts.

Tasks

-Approve Above Guideline Increases (AGIs) when awarded by the Landlord Tenant Board including posting retroactive charges. -Processing resident payments which can be made by cheque, preauthorized payment or online payments. -Process monthly rent billing and post to resident accounts. -Reconciliation of resident accounts to ensure accuracy. -Calculate rent increases monthly and produce N1 forms to be served to residents.

-Experience with Yardi Voyager an asset -Professional experience in an Accounts Receivable role preferred -Possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills -Post-secondary accounting education preferred -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications and PDF software
