Tasks

2) Lead and execute transactions to ensure a smooth closure. 4) Sourcing properties fitting client requirements from real estate developers, channel partners and landlords. 1) Developing relationships with top corporates who could be potential tenants for commercial properties. 6) Negotiating, closing deals and taking care of the post sales process for tenants. 5) Meeting clients and assisting them in property visits. -Most work is out of office meeting clients and showing properties

What You Bring

3) Understanding corporates/individuals leasing goals and proposing them appropriate opportunities. -You prefer a fast paced startup like young environment. -You have strong interpersonal skills. -You have at least 1 year of experience in any sales, leasing or business development role. Sales/leasing role in the commercial real estate industry would be preferred.
