Tasks

-Provide line management and oversight of assigned engineers and subcontractors, including performance management and task allocation. -Commission fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations. -Plan, schedule, and manage labour and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. -Offer technical expertise across various phases of the project lifecycle, as required. -Attend and contribute to site and project meetings to support successful delivery. -Maintain accurate documentation of commissioning activities and produce comprehensive technical reports. -Conduct site surveys, installation inspections, and system performance testing to ensure compliance and functionality. -Take full responsibility for health and safety compliance across all project sites. -Support the team by performing installation, commissioning, and minor works when required. -Deliver system training and operational guidance to end-users and client staff. -Provide technical support and expert guidance to field engineers and project team members. -Manage the profitability of assigned projects, ensuring budget adherence and reporting progress to the Project Manager. -Uphold and promote Marlowe's quality, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of work -Ensure all work is carried out in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

What You Bring

-Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships. -In-depth technical knowledge of leading systems, including Galaxy, Gent, Notifier, and Kentec -Solid understanding of major security and fire systems, with a proven track record of involvement in complex projects -Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec -Proven experience in delivering engineering projects across both single-site and multi-site locations. -Minimum of 3 years' experience in commissioning security systems across a range of environments -CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems -NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is desirable.
