Premises Assistant

Assist premises manager with maintenance, cleaning, pool ops, and stakeholder liaison.

Tasks

-Operating the heating plant so that the required temperatures are maintained in the premises and an adequate supply of hot water is available. Carrying out frost precaution procedures as appropriate. -To ensure the smooth operations of the Hydrotheraphy Pools (Columbus School and College Only) -To comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work. -Contribute to the management of CoSHH onsite -To ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as determined by PPM plan, Helpdesk, and line manager. -Monitoring and ensuring the cleanliness of the school premises and furnishings and reporting any deficiencies Line Manager and to the Helpdesk. -Contribute to the Onsite Premises team in the provision of a caretaking Service within the school.
