Tasks

-Enhance Trade Compliance processes through the use of continuous improvement tools -Work with Export and Import teams to deploy audit and training resources and tools -Maintain Training Program -Create and modify policies and procedures -Create and modify work instructions -Lead awareness initiatives for the enterprise -Develop formal training plan for the enterprise -Ensure high-risk and high-volume sites are trained annually on export and import compliance

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel as needed (less than 25%) -Experience with SAP and / the SAP GTS module a plus -Previous management/leadership experience strongly desired -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university preferred -Previous experience leading an audit program -Understanding of and experience with Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) would be a plus
