- Use project management software (Newforma, Procore, Submittal Exchange, or similar) to manage documentation and workflows.Qualifications/Experience:
- Coordinate all aspects of construction administration, including field observation reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Evaluate and document proposed changes to construction documents.
- Review and maintain project submittal schedules; track and distribute responses to RFIs.
- Attend and document project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Review closeout documents including warranties, record drawings, and post-construction submissions.
- Ensure change orders and payment requests align with contract requirements.
- Facilitate communication between architects, consultants, and contractors.
