Tasks

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale projects, including cultural, residential, mixed-use and commercial. Initially leading a high-profile London scheme currently at delivery stages, you will spearhead the production of complex packages and coordination. -Manage packages through various stages -Manage the team to ensure deliverables are achieved to the highest standards -Lead design reviews with management team -Lead coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team -Lead the design process through all stages

What You Bring

A sought-after studio known for their crafted adaptive re-use projects are seeking a talented Senior Architect with experience of leading projects at stages 4-5. -Experience working on UK design-led projects -Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite -Experience leading project teams -8+ years of post-qualification experience -Strong knowledge of UK building regulations -Strong design skills -Registered ARB Architect
