Tasks

-Leading the development and submission of proposals, managing resource allocation, and acting as project manager for small to medium-sized projects. -Promoting an inclusive, supportive and collaborative working environment within the team -Building team capability around technical delivery, project and client outcomes, and delivering high quality projects for our clients, through coaching and mentoring -Managing the day-to-day functioning of the Electrical team, supporting the delivery of impactful projects that make a difference in our community

What You Bring

-Project management skills and a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. -7 or more years of experience in electrical engineering for property and buildings in a consulting or professional services environment. -Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related Buildings Engineering discipline. -Experience in leadership and management of Building Engineering / Building Services projects. -Previous experience or a strong appetite to manage a team.
