Design HVAC systems for pharma labs/cleanrooms from concept to commissioning
-Team-focused, customer-oriented, and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
-HNC qualified in Building Services, ideally educated to degree level -HNC (ideally degree) in Building Services -Experienced in pharma and healthcare builds, especially labs and cleanrooms -Fully conversant with CDM and ISO 9001 standards -Skilled in turnkey project design across HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems -Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, chilled water, LTHW, and steam -Familiar with IES, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools
