Field Supervisor

Tasks

-Report and investigate any safety incidents or near misses. -Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site. -Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines. -Measure project and conduct Pre-Site Inspection -Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed. -Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track. -Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues encountered. -Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met. -Maintain detailed records of field activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and daily logs. -Supervise operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed as per project plans and specifications. -Conduct regular safety audits and enforce proper use of safety equipment and practices. -Inspect work quality to ensure it meets company standards and project requirements. -Ensure that all field operations adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements. -Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities and communications -Complete service repairs where necessary or as directed -Prepare and submit regular reports to project managers and other relevant stakeholders. -Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality checks, and project progress.
