Tasks

-Develop, manage and strengthen channel marketing relationships with program partners (e.g., OEMs, Trade Allies, Retailers) -Provide assistance to enrolled customers to drive DR event participation and increase year-over-year enrollments. -Prepare and conduct educational events for customers on DR programs (FAQs, what to expect, program materials) -Deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction -Collaborate with and support Program Manager on establishing and executing outreach initiatives -Represent program at promotional events

What You Bring

-5+ years' experience in customer relationship building -Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectives. -Strong presentation and negotiation skills -Proficiency at effectively using a Customer Relationship Management Tool (e.g., Salesforce) to track and report on outreach efforts -3+ years' experience in Demand Response and/or residential thermostat channels (preferred) -Effective under pressure, able to meet deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. -Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (customers, partners, utilities) -Independent worker capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks, proposing solutions, and suggesting improvements to existing processes related to reporting, tracking, and analysis. -Located in or willing to relocate to greater KC metro area is required
