Tasks
-Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Business Development, Account Management, and Project Management teams within the Commercial Access department -Maintain a consistent cadence of one-on-one meetings to foster engagement, accountability, and professional development -Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets -Champion high standards of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management -Monitor sales pipeline, track conversion metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to executive leadership -Coach, mentor, and empower team members to achieve individual and collective goals -Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
