-Procuring materials within budgets on time to progress works on site. -Producing monthly budgetary control reports on all materials purchased for each site. -Scheduling of materials and completion of requisitions. -Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards. -Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of the team. -Resolving disputes and account queries between suppliers and the company. -Ensuring all materials are purchased on time, to specification and at the best price available
