Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Seattle Area for a Listing Coordinator at Windermere Real Estate Bainbridge Island. The Listing Coordinator will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as creating listing files, managing property listings, interacting closely with agents and inputting listing information into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems. Additional responsibilities include designing featured listing brochures and flyers, maintaining client records, collaborating with the marketing coordinator and ensuring smooth and timely operations related to listing management.
