Tasks

You’ll play a key role in the pre-construction team, producing accurate cost plans and tenders while mentoring junior estimators and contributing to the company’s continued success. -Identify value engineering opportunities and assist with project budgeting. -Provide guidance and mentoring to junior estimators. -Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for commercial fitouts and new builds. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultants. -Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. -Collaborate closely with project and design teams to ensure alignment across all project stages. -Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to ensure accurate pricing.
