Tasks

-Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs to achieve budgetary goals and identify cost-saving opportunities. -Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet production and operational needs. -Planning: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demand. -Data Analysis: Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions. -Order Processing: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods. -Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements. -Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues or discrepancies. -Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in procurement and planning processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. -Procurement: Source and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment in accordance with company policies and specifications. -Reporting: Generate and distribute procurement and inventory reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns.

What You Bring

-Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. -Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proven experience in procurement, planning, or a related role. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
