Installation Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate flooring installations, schedule, manage contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks

-Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues. -Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed. -Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs. -Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation. -Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments. -Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; Customer service experience is a plus. -Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers. -Physical ability to lift 75 lbs. and be able to work within non-climate-controlled environments. -Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
