Tasks

-Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window Nation -Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, ongoing development and performance management that delivers an incredible event experience for employees & customers alike -Track and report event metrics to evaluate event team & individual performance. -Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs -Manage event representative schedules to ensure that event calendar is staffed for success -Responsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining approved budget -Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to grow strong brand presence within the market -Identify, negotiate, and attend various events (trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events, etc.) with the goal of lead generation within your full geographical market area

This role will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, designed to build brand awareness and drive lead generation at various events, home shows, or other opportunities that may attract future customers. This is a leadership position and requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment. -Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; up to 6 hours during event (with or without accommodation) -Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail -High school diploma or GED -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation) -Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company's insurance requirements -Required travel up to 40% -Ability to drive a box truck -Required to work weekends and/or evenings to support scheduled events -Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others -Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time -Strong negotiation, recruiting, and training skills -Associates degree -2+ years in a customer facing leadership position -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Note: This position involves operating a company vehicle.
