Tasks
This is a field-based position, travelling between client sites in and around London. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard fibre and copper cabling services across both data centres and office environments. -Complete patching, labelling, and documentation to professional standards -Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality installations -Perform rack & stack: installing servers, switches, PDUs, cabinets, and hardware -Install, terminate, and test fibre (single-mode & multi-mode) and copper (Cat5e/6/6a) cabling -Conduct site visits, surveys, and troubleshooting as required -Represent the company professionally while travelling from job to job

Experience Required Are you an experienced cabling technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multiple sites? Our rapidly expanding infrastructure services company is looking for a Data Center & Office Cabling Technician to join our energetic, growing team. If you take pride in high-quality installation work and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you. Full UK Driving Licence Required Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm -Must hold a full UK driving licence -Work confidently with conduit, trunking, tray, ladder rack, and all containment systems -Strong fibre & copper installation, termination, and testing experience -Proven experience working in multiple data center environments -Familiarity with Fluke or similar certification equipment -Experience with structured cabling standards and containment systems -Comfortable working independently in a field-based role -Varied work across high-profile data centres and office fit-outs
