Tasks

-Applying new technology and data to drive change -Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business -Participate in A/R (accounts receivable); preparing and distributing bills or statements, sending collection notices when appropriate, and preparing manual billing adjustments as needed. -Participate in processing of A/P (accounts payable), reviewing and coding invoices for payment -Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate

What You Bring

-A high school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. -Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, certificate of insurance compliance and tracking, contract management, tenant interaction, Yardi, accounts payable preferred. -(2+) years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is preferred. -Advanced oral and written communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills.
