This role focuses on HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and data centers. -5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience. -Proven experience on HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects valued at $10M+. -Experience in commercial or industrial sectors such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or data centers. -Location: Must be local to Charlotte, NC, or within VA, NC, SC, GA, or East TN for travel opportunities. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
