Lead multi‑discipline building projects, managing RIBA stages and client outcomes

Tasks
-Supporting account leaders to develop new opportunities for our business including cross-selling our solutions to help our clients overcome challenges -Management of bids through our WIN process -Produce a detail project execution plan that outlines how the project will be managed -Monitoring and advising upon project performance against success indicators -Capturing project capability and add value evidence through Project Case studies and Client feedback -Oversee resourcing and commercial performance of our commissions managing risk and maximising opportunities -Advising the client to help them define the strategic brief, including goals and objectives of the project -Establish a communication strategy and information management plan and implement this across the project managing the interface between all parties and the client -Establish and manage the change control process -Support the client to establish and procure the project team -Leading and acting as an integrator of multidiscipline services at all stages of the project life cycle -Manage our commissions in accordance with our BMS process -Define and agree project governance structure aligned to client and legislative requirements -Implement performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance -Driving innovation to support efficiency and quality of service delivery -Team Leadership including managing and mentoring members of the team across multiple projects -Establish reporting requirements and production of progress reports -Define the project success factors including time, cost, quality, environmental, and social outcomes

What You Bring
-Soft skills including self-motivation; taking initiative; leadership, adaptability and flexibility; effective listening, collaboration; influence and persuasion, insightfulness -Be a MAPM / MRICS / MCIOB or equivalent Chartered Professional and working towards ChPP / FRICS/ FCIOB or equivalent -Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team -Demonstrable relevant project management experience in the Buildings Sector -Demonstrable knowledge and application of pre and post contract project management and contract management methodologies -Excellent oral and written communication and organisation skills -Relationship building skills –ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders as well as an ability to build and maintain networks of business contacts -Ability to manage and lead teams to maximise performance -Willingness to mentor and coach junior members of the team to support career progression and chartership
