What You Bring

Must have effective time management skills Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus Must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs. Must have basic computer skills and email knowledge Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur Must have the ability to work on and support a team Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience Experience with older buildings is a plus Type 1 and Type 2 certifications
