Tasks

-Keep abreast of market conditions and changes in order to revise and develop strategies to meet changing market requirements -Develop and maintain the availability and quality of the material with an effective and performing sourcing unit. -Number of new suppliers and develop strategies to meet changing market -Co-develop and implement an ambitious sourcing strategy for material and area in a highly competitive environment. -Initiate and develop new sourcing opportunities to boost business efficiency. -Retain the number of existing suppliers

What You Bring

-Fluency in English, both verbal and written. -Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. -Excellent negotiation and communication skills. -Financial principles and basic understanding of logistics. -Relevant experience in glass recycling and sourcing, or other packaging recycling (paper, plastic). -Basic understanding of glass recycling technologies & waste management systems. -At least 3 years of commercial or management experience in the waste management industry. -Suppliers’ sites visiting (waste management facilities), require regular travelling across the country and will include working with the complexity of business models -Business or Management degree. -Willingness to travel regularly across the country for supplier site visits.
