Tasks

-Coordinate multiple consultants and resources across the firm. -Oversee projects valued between $5-$6 million, focusing on maintenance and upgrades of existing K-12 educational facilities. -Prepare and review contracts, manage budgets, and oversee invoices. -Guide the project team through the entire design process, providing support through construction administration. -Collaborate and provide facilitation for design teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination. -Participate in project pursuits and staffing efforts.

What You Bring

-Registered architect with experience in schematic design. -Experience with SketchUp and construction administration. -Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams. -Strong project management skills in architecture. -Degree in Architecture. -Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. -Experience in architectural design and construction documentation. -Experience in preparing and reviewing contracts. -Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
