Working closely with the appointed person, crane operators, and rigging teams, you’ll oversee all lifting operations, ensuring compliance with lift plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. We’re looking for a Lifting Supervisor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient lifting operations on one of our high-profile projects in the UAE. You’ll play a key role in managing lifting activities—leading teams, inspecting equipment, and upholding the highest safety standards to keep operations moving safely and smoothly. -Continuous Improvement – Lead feedback efforts to enhance procedures and safety practices -Liaise with the appointed person to plan and coordinate lifting activities -Operational Excellence – Ensure timely, accurate, and safe execution of all lifting activities -Perform daily inspections of equipment before and after use -Oversee and supervise all lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans and MSRAs -Ensure all lifting accessories, appliances, and certifications are inspected, maintained, and compliant -Safety Leadership – Achieve zero incidents through proactive supervision -Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and DSTIs with the lifting team -Address and report any safety concerns or operational changes immediately -Ensure lifting zones are properly signed and exclusion zones are maintained -Provide feedback post-lift for continuous improvement initiatives -Monitor and maintain access routes in compliance with site logistics plans -Verify the competency and certifications of riggers, plant operators, and lifting teams

What You Bring

-Certified Lift Supervisor (LEEA certification mandatory) -Excellent understanding of safety regulations and site logistics -Minimum 3 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in construction logistics -In-depth knowledge of lift plans, MSRAs, and lifting equipment -Proficiency in documentation and reporting processes -High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset -Strong leadership and team coordination skills -Effective communicator, both written and verbal
