Tasks

-Responsible for creation and management of core project management related documentation to support delivery of projects to time, cost and quality, with minimal impact to the operation. -Producing periodic reports and presentations, bringing data together to inform decision-making and review KPIs. -Drive Environment, Health & Safety culture across all teams to reduce incidents & promote a safe working environment. -Influencing and implementing best practice across Engineering to improve working techniques and objectives. -Influencing and implementing best practice across GAL to improve ways of working and project delivery -Engage with the wider team to deliver outputs to drive progress towards Gatwick's sustainability targets.

What You Bring

-Knowledge and understanding of reporting metrics and experience in analysing and manipulating data sets into reportable outputs. -Insights into Aviation and its impact and associated industries, including sustainability and commerciality. -Engineering qualification to degree level (2:1 minimum, desirable disciplines include civil, mechanical or electrical engineering), or equivalent specialist qualification. (Achieved 2025 or predicted for 2026) -Knowledge of UN Sustainable Development Goals. -Knowledge of project management principles/competencies. -Ability to work with technical professionals across multiple disciplines. -Full UK driving licence (desirable). -Understanding of the requirements for the successful participation, planning and delivery of project work. -Work towards working knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and regulatory and statutory compliance (e.g. CDM, confined spaces, hot works, etc.).
