Senior MEP Project Manager overseeing healthcare/life sciences construction projects.

Tasks

-Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. -Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. -Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. -Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

What You Bring

-OSHA 30 -Experience working on construction projects in excess of 30MM. -Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences. -Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building. -BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -Project Management documentation. -10 + years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) -Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience. -Strong MEP skills.
