-Sets up, stocks and organizes work station (dish area) -Assists culinary team with putting away daily orders and stocking the line as needed. -Checks stock levels in coolers for sufficient stock, reporting shortages and ordering as needed, using FIFO method -Performs side duties, including cleaning, inventory, and organizing
