Overview
Drive new commercial accounts and sell integrated onsite facility services.

Tasks
-Collaborate with operations teams to ensure strategic and financial alignment. -Negotiate contracts and manage client transitions to operations. -Support marketing campaigns and monitor competitive landscape. -Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage assigned budget. -Provide training and share competitive intelligence as needed. -Build a strong network of industry contacts, community partners, and prospective clients. -Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. -Conduct facility walk-throughs and assess current service programs. -Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to grow territory revenue. -Create and present customized proposals using ABM-branded materials.

What You Bring
-Experience in facility services, janitorial, commercial real estate, or related fields preferred. -Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple prospects. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. -Collaborative team player with strong internal partnership skills. -5+ years of service sales experience, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation. -Experience pricing labor within proposals is a plus. -Strong presentation skills in group settings. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM). -Proven ability to write and present compelling proposals.
