Tasks

With a strong background in residential property management, you’ll be the key link between our compliance services and the agencies we support, ensuring landlords, tenants, and agencies stay protected and compliant. -Be the go-to person for all compliance-related queries -Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain high service standards -Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of real estate agency clients -Resolve issues quickly and collaboratively to deliver a great client experience -Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed

What You Bring

We’re looking for a client-focused, self-motivated Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our existing real estate agency clients in Queensland. This role is ideal for someone based in Brisbane’s southern suburbs or the Logan area. -Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities -A confident communicator who enjoys being on the road and building client rapport -A background in residential property management, client service, or similar relationship-focused roles
