Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Manage end-to-end mechanical flushing projects, resources, budgets, and client relations remotely.

Tasks

-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. -Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, clients, and external vendors. -Coordinate and manage all project tasks, (initial engineering to project completion, including financial closeout). -Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. -Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. -Manage project resources, including manpower and material allocation. -Ensure project delivery within the allocated budget and timelines, leveraging strong analytical and financial skills.

What You Bring

-Prepare and deliver regular project status reports; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software. -5+ years of project management experience or a strong academic record with a passion for project management. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) -Six Sigma or Lean certifications for process improvement projects is a plus. -Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira). -Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. -Demonstrated ambition and drive to succeed in the project management field. -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. -Ability to travel a minimum of 30-40% of the time. -Implement project plans using project management software; experience with NetSuite or similar tools is a plus. -Technical knowledge of hydronic heating and cooling systems and components
