Overview
Perform planned/reactive gas, M&E and plumbing maintenance across commercial sites.

Tasks
-Assist other team members when required or as directed from Maintenance Compliance Manager. -Ensure timely submission of all reports, timesheets and certification. -Supervision of visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety. -Carry out plumbing PPM and reactive works. -Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to M&E and equipment as required. -Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting other engineers as and when required. -Carry out Planned maintenance to gas appliances and pipework in line with contract specification, industry guidelines and association with the company H&S policies. -Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork and certification. -Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered -Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.

What You Bring
The Multi Skilled Gas Engineer will: 1. Gas Safe Registration (Current) 2. Commercial gas, COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TCPA1, Domestic Gas CCN1 and appliances 3. G8 Unvented Hot Water. 4. Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a mobile multi-skilled engineer within the Commercial sector 5. Previous experience of commercial and domestic gas systems 6. Demonstrate previous experience in a Maintenance role, particularly in relation to Mechanical, Electrical, 7. Plumbing & Heating services. 8. Current Full UK Driver’s License 1. Electrical qualifications - 18th edition C&G 2382 2. OFTEC 101, 102, 105, 600 3. LPG Qualifications 4. CSR/IOSH qualification 5. ISOH Working Safely / CSCS Card -To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
