Tasks

-Oversee and perform Envision-based sustainability assessments for infrastructure projects -Provide sustainability guidance to internal design teams across multiple projects -Contribute to the leadership and continued growth of Carollo’s Resilience and Sustainability Technical Practice -Advise multidisciplinary teams with sustainable design input to maintain high-quality and cohesive project outcomes -Lead sustainability presentations for clients and help guide project execution in line with client sustainability goals -Attend and participate in selected conferences -Delegate work, mentor junior staff, and manage delivery -Contribute to writing proposals and winning new work -Collaborate with project teams and clients to integrate sustainable design solutions

-Extensive expertise in sustainability assessment tools -Envision Sustainability Professional -Professional Engineer license -Relevant experience in the water industry -Strong writing and presentation skills -8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability within infrastructure or construction -LEED Green Associate -Ability to travel as needed -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, executing assigned work plans and delivering high-quality outcomes -Bachelors degree in Engineering, or sustainability related field is required
