Fargo Maintenance Assistant Supervisor - Weekend Shift

Overview

Supervise weekend maintenance team, schedule PM, handle work orders, ensure safety.

Tasks

-Lean/mentor the maintenance team in performing day to day maintenance tasks by completing work orders and responding to production issues. -Develop and document proper PM procedures (specific tasks, inspections, etc.) -Plan, schedule, and support preventative maintenance (PM) and related work orders. -Work efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant. -Provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status, as well as email end of shift reports daily. -Investigate quality concerns to determine root cause. -Meet and maintain safety measures and ensure proper personal protective equipment or PPE, is work by all maintenance personnel whenever required. -Prevent quality issues from leaving facility. -Train maintenance team on proper repair procedures. -Perform regular inspections and light repairs on production equipment, assist in machine repairs, and perform daily housekeeping in work areas. -Will provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status, and also prepare / email end of shit reports daily.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Two year technical degree is strongly preferred -Two or more years of related experience (including supervision) is required -Must be ablet to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses -To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with the use of computer technology (i.e. Enterprise Asset Management software; ADP; Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel)
