The Role

Tasks
- Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to BOQ specifications - Review and finalize subcontractor bills, manage client payments, and follow up on outstanding amounts - Verify measurements with third-party agencies and ensure accuracy - Manage commercial interior projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality finishes - Ensure proper finishing and quality control, adhering to project specifications

What You Bring
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial interior industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, architects, and subcontractors - Proven experience with modular furniture, fixed furniture, tiles flooring, ceiling, glass partitions, electrical work, and other relevant areas We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving modular furniture, fixed furniture, tiles flooring, ceiling, glass partitions, electrical work, and more.
