The Role

Overview

Assist customers in-person/phone, process orders, ensure delivery, and provide product solutions.

Tasks

-Continuously develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory, its location in the facility, and sales techniques. -Help customers determine and select the best solution of Crescent Electric products and services to meet their needs. -Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner. -Work with Purchasing Department, account managers, quotations specialists, product champions, and other branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.

What You Bring

-Frequent lifting and carrying 21-50 lbs. -Continuous lifting and carrying 1-20 lbs. -Occasional lifting and carrying 51-100 lbs. Assistance of a buddy-lift or a mechanical device is advised. -Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) -Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more) -Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) -Exceptional phone and customer service skills. -Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point) -Related sales experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
