Tasks

-Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to plans. -Define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation in coordination with all relevant stakeholders. -Foster strong collaboration between technical, operational, and leadership teams for effective execution. -Manage project changes, ensuring all variations are properly assessed, approved, and communicated. -Apply project management best practices aligned with PMO frameworks, from initiation through closure. -Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methodologies within the DBS organization. -Lead several IT projects with defined scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. -Ensure project documentation, reports, and dashboards are accurate and regularly updated. -Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to ensure project deliverables. -Conduct risk and issue management to mitigate potential project disruptions.

What You Bring

-Deep understanding of core business processes in Oil & Gas. -Strong project management skills and experience with PMO frameworks. -Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry. -Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken. -Proven vendor and contract management experience across the project lifecycle. -Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. -Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
