-Good interpersonal skills -Proven experience in geotechnical design within rock and soil -A full Australian drivers license -Flexibility to travel/support regional offices -Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written -Experience with Construction Phase Support and Temporary works -At least 2 years' experience in Australia -Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in a geotechnical consultancy -A Civil Engineering or Geology Degree -RPEQ qualified / eligible to apply -Ability to mentor junior engineers in the team -Demonstrable experience in the preparation and review of written technical reports and client communications
