What You Bring

-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities -Substantial industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership / management role -Previous experience working in line with enterprise agreements is desirable -Experience delivering multiple complex projects on time and to scope -A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead and support in a dynamic team environment -Proven ability to lead large, diverse and high performing teams which are both site and office based -Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement and influential communication skills -Minimum degree qualifications in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field
