Tasks

-Play a foundational role in building and optimizing internal programs as the company scales. -Implement and enforce OSHA and company safety standards on-site -Serve as point of contact during safety audits or inspections by external agencies -Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and site walk-throughs -Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions -Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and recommend corrective actions -Ensure all personnel have appropriate PPE and certifications -Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and education -Maintain required safety documentation, logs, and reports -Monitor subcontractor and crew compliance with safety policies -Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to mitigate risks

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Minimum 3 years of construction or industrial safety experience -Experience with safety software or digital documentation tools a plus -Ability to work independently and respond quickly to dynamic site conditions -OSHA 30-hour Construction Certification (required) -First Aid/CPR certification (required) -Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite in Boise, ID
