Tasks

-Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs -Perform preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems -Inspect and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order -Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed -Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards -Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed -Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and friendly, professional manner

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving skills -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -High school diploma or equivalent -Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems -Previous experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
